    Grand Reserve at Pinnacle
    Michelle Rowlett, Property Manager at the Grand Reserve, began working in property management in 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) in 2002. After relocating to Lexington, Kentucky, she began working for Mid America Apartment Communities five years ago at Lakepointe Apartments. In 2004, she became manager at the Mansion Apartments and in 2008 transferred to the Grand Reserve at Pinnacle (other MAAC communities).

    Brenda began her property management career in 1998 with Lexford Properties. She received her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) in 2000 and in 2006 she became a certified faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. Brenda has chaired the Membership and Education Committee and is active in the Outreach Committee.

    CORT Furniture
    Stephanie Burch works for CORT Furniture Rental as an Account Executive. She began working in the property management industry in 1991, with Paragon Group in Louisville, KY. Then she spent 4 years as an assistant manager and 4 years as a property manager.  In June 1999, Stephanie started with Globe Furniture, now CORT Furniture and worked inside sales for 1 year then promoted to Outside Account Executive. She received her CAS certification in 2006.
    Stephanie has served on several committees for both the Louisville Apartment Association and the Lexington Apartment Association.

    Coinmach Laundry Services
    Ron Hampton has served the multi-family housing industry for more than thirty-four years by providing excellent laundry service to his customers. He served six years on the Board of Directors for the Greater Lexington Apartment Association and the Nashville Apartment Association. He has also served on numerous apartment association committees for Indiana, Lexington, Nashville, Evansville, and Fort Wayne. He is a member of the Indiana, Fort Wayne, Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Howard County, and the North Central Indiana Regional Apartment Associations. 
    In addition to serving on the GLAA Board of Directors, he is also currently serving on the Indiana Apartment Association Board of Directors and the Advisory Board for the RPM program at Ball State University and a member of the Indiana Rotary Club and the Shelby Shifters Car Club. 
    Ron also holds a designation by the National Apartment Association as a Certified Apartment Supplier and enjoys being involved locally and nationally with the multi-family housing industry.

  • Craig Hardin
    Hardin Properties
    Mr. Hardin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has formerly worked for the University of Kentucky, Simplex Fire Alarm & Security Company and the Trane Air Conditioning Company as a Regional Sales Manager. Craig departed engineering & sales to pursue full time property management of his own properties in 2001. Hardin Properties (est. 1986) and the Lexington Land Company, LLC now operate 34 properties with approximately 300 tenants. The primary focus of his business is quality living for students near the University of Kentucky.
    Mr. Hardin has been appointed to several government committees over the years including the Lexington Town & Gown Commission, the Student Housing Task Force and the Aylesford East University Small Area Planning Committee. He was instrumental as a founding member, past president and officer of the University Area Housing Association (UAHA) a Non-profit organization dedicated to safe, decent, clean housing in Lexington and participated in obtaining government action for better housing in the university and downtown areas. Mr. Hardin joined the Greater Lexington Apartment Association in 2008 and was recognized in 2009 with their Award of Excellence for his outstanding achievements and community involvement while serving as the Legislative Chairperson of the GLAA.
    Craig has been married for 23 years to his wife Carmela and is a father to 3 children. He spends a lot of time on soccer fields as a coach for 8 years and a parent supporter. Craig is an Eagle Scout and a 3 term past president of the congregational board of The Church At Athens.

  • Jenni Wilson
    Mid-America Apartment Communities
    Jenni has been in the property management business since 1994.  She started as a Leasing Consultant and have worked at 4 communities in Lexington. Jenni lived and worked as a Support Manager in Nashville, TN in 1996 and then returned home to Lexington before settling in and working 6 years at the same community. She worked with For Rent Magazine for 1 year before going back to on-site management with Mid-America in 2005.  She worked as Community Leader at The Village for one year and then as the North Regional Marketing Director covering OH, KY, TN & AL for 2 years with MAAC. Jenni is currently an Area Leader in the North Region with MAAC supervising 1722 (7 communities) units in Kentucky & Ohio. She has served on the Manager's Key Council and the Outreach Committee with the GLAA.  Family is very important to me and the GLAA has been a wonderful family to be a part of. Jenni is also very happily married and the mother of two wonderful boys.

  • John Bronaugh
    Sperry Van Ness
    John W. Bronaugh, CCIM, serves as managing director and senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale and lease of multifamily properties and land in Lexington and central Kentucky. With commercial real estate experience dating back to 1988, he has secured over 500 transactions with a career volume in excess of $200 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Bronaugh served as the principal broker for Bronco Realty Group, Inc., Lexington, Kentucky. Previously, for 22 years, Bronaugh operated Bronaugh Motor Express and subsidiaries, his own transportation companies which provided both truck load and less than truck load service to customers east of the Mississippi River. He entered real estate brokerage and construction after selling his companies in 1986, and has continued in brokerage and investments to the present. Active in the commercial real estate community, Bronaugh is a member of the Greater Lexington Apartment Association, the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance and the Kentucky CCIM chapter. He is a Certified Commercial Institute Member (CCIM), a Certified Residential Specialist and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Bronaugh earned a Masters Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. He enjoys being around diverse people in both a business and personal setting. Bronaugh also loves golf and has played it since he was a child.
